I hope all of you (or yinz by PGH talk) had a Happy Thanksgiving! Since our grandma is in her 80's & very petite, Juneau & I had to spend the evening in our crates. When we were allowed "out-of-jail" for a little bit, Juneau & I started to rough house & I ended up on grandma's lap in the recliner & I mean totally up on her lap with all 4 of my legs. I didn't mean to scare her, honestly! I guess I just don't realize how strong & heavy I can be to someone who is so little. Luckily I didn't hurt her. Well, back in the crates we went. Yes, 'the demon' really let me have it on this one - & that is a first since he is always getting into trouble. Erin & Carter brought grandma over around 6:00, so Juneau & I had the run of the house up until then. Grandma loves me, sos the next time she comes over I have to be more gentle wif her. (Yeah Cosi, I'll remember to smack you upside of the head to remind you. -J-)
Sorry we haven't been visiting your blogs lately. To bring you up-to-date, Mommy had 2 interviews in the past week. She gets sooo nervous when she has to interview. She heard from one of her past colleagues that she was called to give a business reference about her. So keep yur pawsies crossed fur mommy that she will hear soon about a new job. Also, Charlie Horse has been a little ouchy so she has been exercising him at a walk around the indoor arena at the barn where they board to help stretch his legs. He's also been on horsie motrin to help him. Her 2nd surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 4th so she is kinda getting nervous about that. too. On Monday she'll call her surgeon's office to make sure that the surgery date is still on. It all depends if the TMJ joint that is being built for her will be in & approved by her surgeon's team.
We want thank the Kapp Pack & Juneau's girl, MayaMarie, for presenting us wif the Be-The-Blog Award.
"This award is presented to a successful blogger, one who can “be the blog” - making it their own, staying with it, interacting with the readers, and just plain having fun."
And OMD, we would like to thank Echo for presenting us wif the Community Blogger Award.
"The Community Blog Award celebrates people who reach out and make the blogger community a better one. It also underlines the importance of a blog's readership community, one of the most rewarding parts about blogging. It's the people that come back to comment, adding to the conversation, making you feel like someone is listening and interested."
The Mullin Clan would like to present both awards to all of our blogging buddies!!! We have all so enjoyed blogging & talking wif all of you. Imagine 6 months ago mommy really didn't know what a blog was! My foster-mommy before I found my furever home, at Guinness & Shiloh's house at the The Stoutino Inn & Foster Kennel, got mommy addicted to blogging. It has certainly helped make her feel better from hearing from all of you when she has been down-in-the-dumps! We wuv sharing our antics of our household & the horsies with all of you & enjoy hearing about what all of you are up to.
Here's some moping pictures (cuz I knew that I wasn't my best boy self this evening) of me taken last night when we were ready fur bed. I like keeping mommy company in her bathroom when she is getting ready fur bed.
OK, enough mom (I wuv you, but I'll have tinkerbell flashings in my eyes & I want to go to sleep!) so please put the camera away & get into bed!!
Til next time,
Cosmos our Mom chases us around with the camera too. No privacy I say! It's hard to be on our very best behavior when company comes isn't it? They just don't appreciate us as much as Mom and Dad.
Another fur-riend of mine that likes the shower, eh!
Summi has been seen khurled up in it!
My paws are khrossed fur your hu-mom and your horsie too!
Remember we are big doggies so we have to watch out for the little people!
Too funny my pals!
I stopped my paws here to leave woo a message THEN saw woo had written me!!!
Aren't we just the silliest Sibes?!?
Back at ya pals!
we have our paws crossed that your Mom gets one of the jobs. We have to be real gentle with our dad's gram too because she is real little. We also met our REAL REAL little cousin and I loved her!
Cosi: You look VERY Zimmie-like in those pictures! Totally cool and ever-so-innocent. Are you sure Juneau isn't the one who jumped into your grandma's lap? Honestly, you could NEVER do anything wrong. Well... Juneau couldn't either! I think someone made that UP! :)
Good luck to your mom on her job!!! And we hope Charlie Horse feels better!
We're all keeping our paws crossed for your mommy, that she gets the perfect job, and that her surgery goes smooth & easy, with a quick recovery in time for all the Christmas goodies! Oh yeah, and that Charlie-horse feels better soon, too.
Isn't this blogging stuff funny, how it grabs you and addicts you? Someday some politician will decide it's got to be too addictive to be safe and start trying to pass laws...you'll need a prescription from your doc to blog, howrooroo. We just got the same addiction in July, when we discovered Meeshka's blog by accident.
Anywoo, best wishes to your whole pack, hope you had a great Thanksgiving and holiday weekend.
Bama & the RHP
Thanks so much for all the prayers and thoughts. The boys are all doing well in their new homes and I still have my Mona with me. I am better and have gone back to work.
God Bless...the Mommy
I hate it when we have to spend time sequestered from the bipeds. Why can't everyone love us like our moms and dads do? Glad you had an OK turkey day.
WOo woo, Kelsey Ann
Crossing paws that Mom gets the job (both better, so she can choose!). Sometimes we get put away when visitors come, ya.
Ps - you look so pwetty in the pic!
Hey my buddies. We are keeping our paws crossed for your mom and want her to feel better.
As someone who gets in trouble unexpectibely, Cosi you were a victim of circumstance.
Juneau my sweet, I hope you are being good for Santa? I have. I
even helped with the decorations
on the tree. It was quite fun.
Husky Hugs, MayaMarie
Hiya, Cosmos and Juneau
I have done the linky thingy. Mistress and I started blogging back in March - but I always (well nearly always) make sure that my blog takes precedence over hers.
Now Juneau, I think we should stop spatting over Maya-Marie, I have plenty of other girl-friends anyway, but let's be clear, she is still on my list and I am not renouncing her for some young pup. (Even if she did say you were nearer her age, huh).
Mistress sends lots of good wishes to your mommy. Interviews are always difficult (she says) so she knows where your mommy is coming from.
Paws crossed for your mommy's surgery and for Charlie Horse.
I think you look very cute when you're moping!

Sorry to hear about Charlie not feeling well. Best of luck to your mom on her next surgery. Wish her a speedy recovery for us! Belly Rubs, Tasha & Eva.
