Bye-Bye Blankie!

You took care of me well, blankie. From the day mommy & daddy brught me home from Met Vet on Friday after I gots my ‘fixed’ surgery, you were there to comfy & cushion me on the floor & in my crate at night. But, today I started to feel a whole lot better, & I just couldn’t help it! You know they call me ‘the demon puppy’ & it is so near to that halloweeny time. Well, mommy was taking her shower to get ready for work. I got bored in my crate & you were just there. I chewed the stuffin’ right out of you. I KILT YOU - I AM SO SORRY! I hopes sumone doesn’t turn me in to the ‘pawleece’ for doing it. I try so hard to be good!

Marlene, this is Gerri, Maya's mom. I'm not trying to be bossy or anything, just help, but I found that ground meat was too heavy for Maya and I use ground turkey breast. If you want my recipie, do eamil me (gerridu@cox.net) and I'll be glad to share. I understand the tummy and squirts thing and I don't mind sharing. Gerri

Poor Juneau! Ack, that sounds just awful. We have all paws crossed he will feel better soon, and not have all that nastiness going on.

Try a little pure pumpkin (not the pie kind) as that really help bulk things up.

I sure hope Juneau feels better very soon! At least the lampshade is gone!

I hope your runny poo clears up soon!

Hi All,
Juneau is doing much better. He hasn't had an accident in his crate with the squirts or when I came home from work on 11/1. So, along with the rice & gr. meat diet & keeping his tummy quiet, hopefully this all will pass soon. His incision looks good with only 2 stitches. He'll get them out on Monday. Now just to keep him from rough-housing with Cosi until then...!

Wow Juneau, that sounds just awful! Last winter, I got sick and Dad used two of his sick days to stay home with me. Mom and Dad were too worried about what they would come home to if they left me. Plus Dad was getting up every hour with me. I hope it's not that bad for you!
